PCB manufacturing

A focused, transparent manufacturing specification.

The online quote form only asks for parameters that are relevant to the Green Owl production process: Gerber, layer count, board size, quantity and solder mask color.

Material: FR-4 · copper: 18 µm · finish: chemical tinning.

2-layer PCB: inter-layer connections are currently made with wire vias, not plated through holes.

PCB assembly / PCBA

Machine SMD assembly, manual THT assembly.

Assembly can be ordered together with PCB manufacturing or as a standalone service for customer-supplied boards. Machine SMD assembly supports components from 0402, with a maximum panel size of 210 × 390 mm.

A BOM is required for assembly. Machine SMD work also requires a Pick & Place / CPL file. Components may be supplied by the customer, sourced by Green Owl, or handled as a mixed supply.
