End-of-Arm Tooling

EOAT / robot tooling

Custom robot end effectors and gripper systems designed, manufactured and mechanically integrated around the actual automation task.

Capabilities

The tooling is built around the task.

There is no universal EOAT recipe. The workpiece, robot, cycle time, payload and environment define the right design.

Vacuum gripping

Vacuum-cup and distributed gripping systems with support structures adapted to the part geometry.

Pneumatic solutions

Grippers, cylinders, rotary functions and mechanical locks designed around the project.

Sensors & interface

Integration for end-position and presence sensing, robot-side interfaces and cable/tube routing.

Hybrid manufacturing

Lightweight 3D-printed elements combined with CNC-machined adapters where the engineering trade-off makes sense.

EOAT + 3D + CNC

Why an integrated manufacturing workflow?

EOAT projects are iterative by nature: weight, stiffness, reach and serviceability all matter. Keeping printed and CNC components in the same development loop makes design changes faster and more controlled.

  • Lightweight structural elements with additive manufacturing
  • Rigid, precise interfaces with CNC machining
  • Quote request tracked with a project ID
  • Project-based construction for larger EOAT systems
